1. Order Processing
1.1 Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time
2.1 Standard Shipment: After the order is processed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

3. Delivery Options
3.1 We offer the following delivery options (U.S. mainland only):Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-7 business days, shipping cost is calculated based on order amount and weight.
4. Delivery range
4.1 Continental USA: We support delivery to the 48 states of the continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
4.2 Remote areas: Some remote areas (e.g. parts of Alaska and Hawaii) may be subject to additional shipping charges or delivery delays, the exact cost and timeframe will be shown at checkout.
4.3 Temporary unsupported: We currently do not support delivery to areas outside the United States (e.g. Canada, Mexico, etc.) and U.S. overseas territories (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
4.4 Address Limitations: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Logistics Tracking
5.1 Tracking information: After the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track the status of your package in real time via the logistics company's official website or Shopify order page.
5.2 Logistics Partners: We work with a number of well-known logistics companies, including USPS, FedEx and UPS, to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and securely.
6. Delays and Exceptions
6.1 Logistics delay: If the delivery is delayed due to bad weather, logistics company reasons or other force majeure factors, we will notify you in time and assist in handling.
6.2 Wrong address: Please make sure your delivery address is accurate. If the package cannot be delivered due to wrong address, you may need to bear the extra shipping cost.
6.3 Lost or damaged parcel: If your parcel is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact us in time and we will assist you in claiming compensation from the logistics company or resend the parcel.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1 Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please make sure the item is unused and in good condition.
7.2 Return shipping cost: The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless there is a quality problem with the item or the wrong item was shipped.
