1.Q:Why is the hydraulic crimping tool not imprinting the die specification on the terminal?
A:For the sake of cost and design simplification, the die specification mark on the terminal is omitted, but the basic crimping quality is not affected.
2.Q:Why does the crimp count not allow the user to clear?
A:It can be zeroed out, but only from the inside. Because the shelf life is calculated according to the number of times, a year or 20,000 times, so do not allow customers to clear their own zero.
3.Q:Why can only use certain batteries for hydraulic crimping tools?
A:The internal circuitry is optimized for specific voltages/currents, and the use of other batteries may cause the machine to not work or be damaged.But you don't need to worry, we have after-sales protection, any problems with the product can contact us to solve. And the batteries can be bought separately.
